The Baker’s Oven will cook everything from fresh bread to succulent roasts, using the gentle indirect heat from the wood fire.
When the bypass damper is closed the hot flue gases are redirected down, underneath and then up the back of the oven and out the flue, achieving an evenly heated oven. The oven also has a large ceramic glass viewing area, with ergonomically designed stay-cool spring door handles, and a built-in oven thermometer.
The cooktop takes four large pans, as the whole stove top can be used. Additionally, the cooktop has two removable rings for wok-cooking.
With the fire immediately below the cooktop, the Baker’s Oven is impressively responsive. From a cold start, it’s possible to have bacon sizzling within 20mins.
